"We need you to contact us as this is what has happened: WE booked through you on 28th Apr. for £87.50 ticket no; TC570453EC071. You cancelled the Taxi for no reason the day before our trip and resent us a new booking for £116.63 ticket no; TCA2680F97BEC. Obviously we were in no position to say no so we had to re-book. Currently even though we were promised on your rebooking email that the original £87.50 was to be refunded as of today we have NOT had a refund. The return driver yesterday attempted to take £90 from us as he had no idea what was happening. Please help and refund our money. Thanks."
